Why Everyone Should Always Be in Sales
I love a man with an agenda.
Almost every time I see my friend John he talks to me about his network marketing company in an attempt to recruit me.
He looks me in the eye and speaks with boldness and purpose. He
doesn't weasel around the bush. His invitations are clear and direct. I
know he cares for me and believes that his product can improve my life.
His solicitations don't bother or offend me in the slightest. I have
nothing but respect and admiration for his willingness to overcome his
fear and make a better life for himself and his family.
I would think less of him if he didn't try to sell me. His commitment is refreshing and infectious.
I wonder why we have such an instinctive aversion to...
