Read More History

"The further backward you can look, the further forward you are likely to see."
-Winston Churchill

Reading, analyzing and carefully thinking about history was a widespread pastime for the American founding generations.

In fact, the study of history is a habit of free nations.

In our day...not so much.

This is a great danger to our freedoms.

If the regular people read history more, the future of freedom will greatly benefit.

An excellent place to start is Lives by Plutarch.

It was one of the most widely read and quoted works during the American founding.

It is written in short chapters which can be easily read--one a day.

Try it.

And try other history books--the more the better.

Read more history!
