The historically effective solution for leadership becoming centered in just a few elites, instead of spread through the whole people, is for parents to put real time, thought, planning and execution into their grandparenting role--long before they are grandparents.  

Truly quality grandparenting is a way for all citizens to engage leadership in their family, to help pass on their wisdom and understanding of true principles to future generations. 

It is not an exaggeration  to say that the future of freedom is being determined by the quality of our grandparenting today.
